Dunbar Sanitation has served families in Aiken County for decades. GR Designs built a residential-focused website that brings the company’s local history, weekly pickup process, and next steps into one easy-to-use experience.
The challenge
A resident deciding on trash service needs to know where Dunbar operates, what happens after signup, how pickup works, and how to get in touch. The website needed to answer those questions quickly while retaining the character of a long-established local business.
What we built
- Residential messaging: A focused homepage that presents the service, local roots, and two clear actions: start service or call.
- Branded visuals: An updated digital presentation of Dunbar’s red-and-white identity, including truck imagery that makes the business immediately recognizable.
- Service guidance: A simple three-step explanation of signup, cart delivery, and curbside pickup, with practical guidelines and service-area information.
- Lead intake: An online service request path for residents who prefer to start without a phone call.
The result
The site gives prospective customers a faster way to understand the service and take the first step. Existing customers can also find pickup instructions and answers without searching through unrelated business information.
